Appearance Booking
We will help you book titleholder appearances at K-12 schools, libraries, museums, children’s hospitals, parades, festivals, fairs, community events, and more. We offer packages to find you appearances in your local area and book them for you with full concierge service.
Intro Package, $150: Fill out our appearance preferences form, then hop on a 30 minute call with a concierge to find the right appearances for you for your reign! You will receive a list of potential appearances that align with your platform, system, and location. The intro package includes one free booking service for one appearance.
Booking Service (Individual), $40-$70: We will contact event or organization points of contact to book you an appearance. You only pay the booking service fee if the appearance is scheduled! You must complete an Intro Package call to qualify for booking services. There are three appearance tiers which determine the booking service cost – In the Community ($40): schools, libraries, hospitals, and nonprofit organization visits, such as Boys and Girls Clubs and food banks; Out and About ($55): festivals, fairs, parades, larger events; Shining Star Moments ($70): news and media interviews, keynote speaking engagements, event hosting, photoshoots/photowalks (photography not included).
Booking Service (Saver Package), $150: Booking service for four In the Community or Out and About appearances. Paid in advance; refund given if appearances not booked within 6 months or by contractual end of reign up to equivalent cost of individual booking service.
Booking Service (Royalty Package), $300: Booking service for six appearances, including at least one Out and About and one Shining Star Moment. Paid in advance; refund given if appearances not booked within 6 months or by contractual end of reign up to equivalent cost of individual booking service.
